How Does Pay As You Go Pest Control Work?
A Pay As You Go (PAYG) pest control service is a pest control agreement that is purchased in advance of the service required, in much the same way as a Mobile Phone PAYG service.
The purchased credit is used to pay for the pest control service at the time of the routine, call-out or follow-up visit depending on the level of cover chosen, this allows you to be covered and compliant at a budget to suit you.
If you require an additional routine call-out or follow-up visit that is greater than the level of your service agreement, these can be purchased at the time of appointment or use, these are bolt-ons to the service agreement, all the time you are staying in control of your Pest Control expenditure.

Pest Control Service Agreements
Monitoring Basic Best for Startups!
With our Basic PAYG package the monitoring element is payable at the start of the contract, the PAYG element refers to treatments when needed. This package allows you to become compliant for pest control with Environmental Health visits and supports your Safer Food Better Business folder (SFBB). This package is suitable for startups and smaller size business without a current pest issue, looking to be compliant
Monitoring Plus Our Most Popular Package!
The Plus PAYG package has an option to pay at six monthly intervals and includes a call-out and follow up visit.
Require treatments are paid for as and when needed. As with our Basic package you will be compliant for pest control with Environmental Health visits and supports the SFBB folder. This package is our most popular giving you peace of mind of having a call-out and follow up visits included, this is suitable for medium size business that have had pest issues in the past.
Monitoring Protected Online Remote Auditable Package!
Protected PAYG is our top monitoring package payable quarterly, with an online portal for complete auditable compliance. Login to your account accessing your dashboard from anywhere you have an internet connection, digital reports stored on your dashboard and automatically emailed after each visit, make this package a must for customer audits weather that be direct from the purchasing company or gaining accreditation form, BRC, STS, SALSA, HACPP right down to SFBB.

How quickly will you respond to my problem and how soon can it be treated?
It is our priority to take emergency pest control calls as they come in. We endeavour to speak to you and reply to emails on the same day during our working hours.
Treatment response times can vary depending on the pest, this can often be the same day, whatever the pest problem we are here and ready to help. Call us now.
What does a visit to my premises involve?
Our pest control technician will first survey your premises in an attempt to ascertain pest entry points and the best location to start the treatment,
they will talk you through the process answering any questions you may have.
On completion of the visit, the technician will advise you on preventative measures and recommend proofing works to help prevent a recurrence where possible.
What pests do you treat?
We treat a wide variety of pests from rodents to insects to birds, the more common pests we incur daily are Rats, Mice, Pigeons, Bed bugs and Cockroaches.
Seasonal pests include Squirrels, Glis glis (Edible dormouse) Starlings, Wasps, Cluster Flies, Moths, Spiders, Carpet beetle, Ants and Fleas, this is not an exhaustive list so please call to discuss any pest concerns you have.
We also have a specialist pest control team for removing pests from under solar panels and prevent them from re-entering.
This includes removing Birds, Pigeons, Jackdaws and Squirrels that are nesting under solar panels.
