With our Basic PAYG package the monitoring element is payable at the start of the contract, the PAYG element refers to treatments when needed. This package allows you to become compliant for pest control with Environmental Health visits and supports your Safer Food Better Business folder (SFBB). This package is suitable for startups and smaller size business without a current pest issue, looking to be compliant
Monitoring Plus Our Most Popular Package!
The Plus PAYG package has an option to pay at six monthly intervals and includes a call-out and follow up visit.
Require treatments are paid for as and when needed. As with our Basic package you will be compliant for pest control with Environmental Health visits and supports the SFBB folder. This package is our most popular giving you peace of mind of having a call-out and follow up visits included, this is suitable for medium size business that have had pest issues in the past.
Monitoring Protected Online Remote Auditable Package!
Protected PAYG is our top monitoring package payable quarterly, with an online portal for complete auditable compliance.
Login to your account accessing your dashboard from anywhere you have an internet connection, digital reports stored on your dashboard and automatically emailed after each visit, make this package a must for customer audits weather that be direct from the purchasing company or gaining accreditation form, BRC, STS, SALSA, HACPP right down to SFBB.
With 2 call-outs and 4 follow visits included Monitoring Protected is only one level away from having a fully managed pest control contract. Monitoring Protected will feel like having an in-house pest control team at you fingertips.

Area Pest Control offer a fully managed pest control service, this combines Monitoring Protect with monthly visits, unlimited call-outs and unlimited follow up visits, this premium package is for larger businesses, food production companies, storage facilities, Schools and high risk food outlets. These types of businesses will require poison to be left down more frequently in between visit's, on a fully managed pest control contract the Pest Control Officer can make this decision in the moment knowing that there are unlimited Call-outs and Follow-up visits.
